I felt honored to serve as the Charter President of Rotary Club of Pokhara Paradise which is chartered on 28th February 2023. Going to need felt area with the motto, "Service above Self" to render service in the communities motivated us. We focused on seven targeted fields to promote peace, fight for diseases, including mental health and most vulnerable part in sanitation and hygiene work for maternity health and children, support education, grow economics of communities locally and protect and preserve the environment for us and coming generation. The collaboration with local communities, made us feel connected in the global theme which Rotary International dreams about. Through the smaller bigger approaches to the needed area were the prime concern of this club. The various filed expertise of our Rotarians made possible to perform services to the mankind, understandings its essence and value to the people around us, services to the mankind is the best religion of each human being and all the activities rendered to the society will be guided as the amalgum of services and motto of Rotary International. As the newly chartered, there were simple and small projects started for sustainable impacts to the communities. My pleasure to be motivated by the theme of RI president 2023-24 Jennifer Jones theme of DEI (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion) in many ways. The sustainability stands with the support of DEI to strengthen communities.
